Cancellation Policy Tune Kursuscenter
• Up to 4 weeks before MiT starts, it is free to cancel, downgrade or change dates.
• Between 4 weeks and 3 weeks before, a 75% cancellation fee is calculated.
• Later than 3 weeks before, 100% is invoiced.
On the Permission and Booking form, you give the Kursuscenter permission to charge your credit card with the amount due in DKK for your stay during Miniature in Tune, based on your choice on the form.
You will present your credit card at the front desk of the Kursuscenter on Monday morning at 09:00 AM so the staff can put the charge on your card.
The Kursuscenter does not accept cash!
Do not give out your credit card number on the form.
Cancellation Policy Miniature in Tune
Registration fee: The registration fee of €200 must be paid at the time of registration and is non-refundable if the student decides to cancel their registration. The total tuition fee is €649 (€200 registration fee + €449 tuition fee) and must be paid in full by April 15, 2026.
If you need to cancel your participation in MiT, the following cancellation policy applies:
-If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of MiT, you will receive a refund of €449
-If you cancel 4 to 6 weeks before the start of MiT, you will be refunded 75% of €449
-If you cancel 2 to 4 weeks before the start of MiT, you will be refunded 50% of €449
-If you cancel from 2 weeks before the start of MiT, you will not receive a refund.
If Miniature in Tune has to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of their Tuition Fee, including the registration fee.
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
