AUCTIONS and donations
Miniature in Tune is a non-profit organisation run by a team of volunteers. We aim to organise a yearly event of great miniature classes, bringing together miniaturists from all over the world in a friendly and relaxed setting.
To generate funds for our organisation, we organise an auction every year during the Tune Summer School, selling items donated by students, teachers, and friends of Miniature in Tune. The proceeds from this auction go towards supporting the essential costs of running our organisation, including maintaining our website, advertising, printing, and purchasing materials and tools, and help to lower the prices for the classes.
Each year, we invite participating students and teachers to create or donate a miniature for the auction on a voluntary basis. In the past few years, we have received and auctioned the most beautiful, creative, interesting, and sometimes hilarious miniatures.
The auction is always great fun, and the bidding can get pretty competitive!
